Verkhoyansk (Russian: Verkhoyansk; Sakha: Үөһee Daaҥy (Üöh əə Çaaŋı) is a city in the Republic of Sakha, Russia, located on the River Yana, near the Arctic Circle, 675 km from Yakutsk.
